Transocean ISAF

Liferaft Transocean 4 Man ISO ISAF Cat 1 & 2 <24Hour Canister

Developed from the ISAF standard, specially adapted to offshore racing and navigation in extreme conditions.

Two types of survival equipment packs, depending on expected time that casualty may spend in the raft until he gets rescued : - 24 hours / +24 hours.
The Transocean ISAF also features a boarding ramp with an inside grab handle to ease embarking. This system allows the victim to hoist himself up on the ramp and then topple easily into the raft.
Two types of survival equipment packs are available, depending on the expected time that the victim may spend in the raft waiting for the rescue teams: the emergency pack includes water and food (rescue forces expected after 24hours) and a standard pack (rescue forces expected within 24 hours), see list below -
  • Less than 24hrs:
  • Raft Equipment - Floating Anchor, pump, paddles, floating knife, rescue quoit with line, bailer, sponge, repair kit, checkbook and liferaft instructions manual, survival instructions and signal card
  • Personal Survival - Rain catching gutter on canopy, rainwater collecting pouch, seasickness pills (6/person), seasickness pouch (1/person)
  • Signalling Equipment - Hand flares SOLAS, parachute rockets SOLAS, signalling mirror, outside light on canopy, inside lamp, on arch tube, retro-reflective tapes on canopy (plus on bottom), waterproof torch with spare batteries, whistle
  • More than 24hrs:
  • Raft Equipment - Floating Anchor, pump, thermal protective overalls, paddles, floating knife, rescue quoit with line, bailer, sponge, repair kit, checkbook and liferaft instructions manual, survival instructions and signal card
  • Personal Survival - Rain catching gutter on canopy, rainwater collecting pouch, water 1.5l per person, food rations 500g per person, first aid kit, seasickness pills (6/person), seasickness pouch (1/person)
  • Signalling Equipment - Hand flares SOLAS, parachute rockets SOLAS, signalling mirror, outside light on canopy, inside lamp, on arch tube, retro-reflective tapes on canopy (plus on bottom), waterproof torch with spare batteries, whistle
Designed for navigation in extreme conditions : large capacity and quantity of ballast pockets, large area drogue anchors, -15øC inflation temperature, double insulating floor, fluo orange canopy with automatically erecting arch tube, 4.3 cd. outside light and retro-reflecting stripes.< /br> The Transocean ISAF also features a boarding ramp with an inside grab handle to ease embarking.
